We offer four signature custom silhouettes crafted from three distinguished felt compositions, along with refined straw options and traditional Sombrero de Charro designs.
From pure rabbit fur felt to exceptional Beaver blends and Full Beaver heirloom felts, each material is selected for its character, longevity, and performance. Our Straw and Charro collections honor heritage craftsmanship with modern refinement.

If you have any changes to the base elements, you can contact us by email or phone. Please note that any changes made to the original design quoted will affect delivery dates and incur additional fees.
We can assist you with measuring during a digital or in-person consultation. If you do. not have a consultation booked, we recommend having your hat size ready. You will need a soft measuring tape.
Yes! We hand-brand our hats in-house. Designs are a collaborative effort between the customer and the artist. Our interpretation of the requested design is based on our artistic vision and won’t be added until it is approved by the customer.
Please allow 4 to 8 weeks (depending on customization) for your hat to be completed, as all of our hats are 100% hand made.
Yes, a deposit is required to start the hat-making process. You can purchase on the website for a fur hat of your choice.
The remaining balance won’t be due until the hat is completed, you approve, and ready to ship. We will email you an invoice for the balance.
