As involved as you’d like. Some clients come to us with a clear vision, while others rely on our guidance and experience. We’ll help refine the details and make recommendations based on fit, proportion, and material — ensuring the finished piece feels intentional, balanced, and personal.
We can assist you with measuring during a digital or in-person consultation. If you do. not have a consultation booked, we recommend having your hat size ready. You will need a soft measuring tape.
The process is collaborative and straightforward. We begin with a consultation to discuss materials, shape, and overall direction. Once a50% depositis placed, your hat enters production and is handcrafted over4–8 weeks. You’ll receive a final piece made specifically for you, completed to our highest standard.
Please allow 4 to 8 weeks (depending on customization) for your hat to be completed, as all of our hats are 100% hand made.
Yes, a deposit is required to start the hat-making process. You can pay the deposit using the link below.
The remaining balance won’t be due until the hat is completed, you approve, and ready to ship. We will email you an invoice for the balance.
