Marquez Clasico

At Marquez Clasico, every hat is handcrafted with precision and care. Because many of our pieces are custom-made, our shipping process reflects the time and artistry that goes into each order.

Processing Time

All hats are handmade.

  • Custom Orders: 4–10 weeks (may vary depending on customization)
  • Ready-to-Wear Pieces: 3–5 business days processing
  • During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may extend.

Clients will receive progress photos for approval before final shipment on custom orders.

Shipping Rates & Carriers
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery speed.

We ship via:

 

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

All domestic orders include tracking information.

 

Signature Requirement

 

 

 

For orders over $1500, a signature may be required upon delivery to ensure safe arrival.

Insurance

We highly recommend shipping insurance for all orders.

Marquez Clasico is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the carrier’s possession.

If you would like additional insurance coverage, please contact us before shipment.

Incorrect Address

Please verify your shipping address carefully.

Marquez Clasico is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect addresses
  • Packages returned due to insufficient address information

Reshipping fees will apply.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Additional carrier fees

Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

Local Pickup (Los Angeles)

Local pickup is available by appointment only.

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready. Orders must be picked up within 30 days of completion. After 30 days, storage fees may apply.

Shipping Delays

Once a package leaves our workshop, carrier delays are outside of our control. We are happy to assist in tracking your order, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide photos of packaging and product.
  3. Keep all original packaging for claims.
