RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

We are truly humbled by your support of our brand, Marquez Clásico, and we hope that you’re happy with your recent purchase.  However, if you’re not completely satisfied for any reason, you can return your item to us for an exchange only (Excluding custom hats).  Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS (Including Hats)

  • All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

  • Marquez Clásico will only replace a hat if it is damaged in transit.  If your hat is damaged in transit, please email info@marquezclasico.com within 3 days of receipt and include photo(s) of the damage along with full name and contact information to begin the replacement process.  

  • A $100 Restocking Fee will be charged if a request is made to change the color of the felt after a sweatband or any other item has been affixed to or stitched onto the hat.

  • All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

  • All custom hat orders are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

  • International orders are not eligible for exchange/return.

Please note, all international orders are shipped via UPS.  All hats are shipped via UPS.


HAT SIZING & RETURNS

  • Marquez Clásico is not responsible for any hat sizing errors after the hat has been made, as the customer will provide head measurement.  For assistance in getting the most accurate measurement of your head, please refer to our Hat Sizing/Head Measuring guide.

  • Upon request, Marquez Clásico will stretch a hat up to one size (1cm) larger or provide spacers for one size (1cm) smaller if the hat needs adjusting upon receipt.  Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and must notify Marquez Clásico of fit issues at info@marquezclasico.com within 3 days of delivery.

RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS

To return a hat, please email info@marquezclasico.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  After receiving an RMA number, place the hat securely in its original packaging and mail it to the requested address.  A return address will be provided along with the RMA number.

Please note, the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.  We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.  After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your hat, we will process your exchange.  Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange.  We will notify you via email when your return has been processed.  

For defective or damaged products other than hats, please contact info@marquezclasico.com within 3 days of receipt and include photo(s) of the damage along with full name and contact information to begin the replacement process. Returns and repairs for Marquez Clásico hats must be assessed in person or mailed back to our facility before any changes are made. Once the hat is received, our team will thoroughly evaluate the item to determine the necessary corrections. If the issue is deemed to be our responsibility, we will cover the shipping costs for the return of the hat. However, if the issue is found to be outside of our fault, the client will be responsible for covering all ( to and from ) shipping expenses. Please ensure that all returns are properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.

SHIPPING DISCLAIMER:

Please be advised that once our hats leave our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for any delays or damages that may occur during shipping.

We operate FOB shipping point, meaning that our responsibility for the goods transfers to the buyer as soon as they leave our warehouse. Therefore, we cannot be held accountable for any delays, losses, or damages. Any claims regarding missing or damaged merchandise should be directed to the shipping carrier. If you wish to add shipping insurance to your package, please reach out to us.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY:

Upon placing your order, you will receive an email detailing the Shipping & Handling fees. Please note that shipping costs do not include any additional duties, taxes, or fees that may be imposed by your country or the carrier to clear customs.

RETURN POLICY:

Should you encounter any issues with your order, please contact our customer service team within 72 hours of receiving your items. All returns must be pre-approved, and the return authorization number must be clearly marked on the box. A 30% restocking fee will apply, and the original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were shipped.

ADDITIONAL CUSTOMIZATIONS:

Please note that any additional customization requested will incur an extra cost, even if you have already paid your invoice. Please contact us for more information on customization options and associated costs.

SHIPPING FEE DISCLAIMER:

Please be aware that the shipping fee will be added after your initial purchase. You will receive notification of the exact shipping fee once your order is processed and ready for shipment. Thank you for your understanding.

PYROGRAPHY/BRANDING

  • All custom Pyrography/Branding images including size and placement will be discussed and approved with the customer prior to actual Pyrography/Branding on hat.  

  • Any changes to Pyrography/Branding image(s)/lettering, including size and location, cannot be made after the Pyrography/Branding process has been started on the hat.

  • Additional branding is optional and can be requested via email at info@marquezclasico.com.  Please be sure to include your full name, contact information and a description of your request for additional fee information.
